From its nine New England locations, THG Corporation, through its three subsidiaries, The Hope Group, Sorensen Systems, and Hope Air Systems, can meet its customer’s requirements for engineering design work, custom or contract manufacturing, and routine or emergency field service of hydraulic power units, air compressors, and electrical control systems.
The range of products and services available through THG Corporation include the following:
Our customers can expect complete design, documentation, fabrication, and testing of pneumatic equipment and sub-assemblies. All equipment designs and fabrications are generated using customer specified components on a contract manufacturing basis.
Complete control panel assembly of your designs meeting NEC wiring codes and UL508A certification when required. Further design improvements, when needed, result from needed engineering manufacturing services that cover documentation with mechanical layout, electrical schematics, and any additional programming.
Equipment operators and manufacturing facilities can rely on the expert 24 hour - 7 day a week emergency response capability offered for all compressed air, hydraulic, and electrical control panel field service.
Electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical design services, along with appropriate CAD documentation, are provided to assist clients with the integration of our products and the various products we support in the power generation, process control, water, waste-water, and industrial motion control markets.
Installation, repair, replacement, routine and emergency service, field audits, rental start-ups, and other support services are provided for electrical, hydraulic, compressed air, and pneumatic equipment and machinery.
Engineers and fabrication technicians have extensive experience and success providing marine control systems ranging from manual helm pump and rudder control cylinder systems through automated central hydraulic power units with synchronized rudder, bow thruster, and trim tab control systems.
Factory-trained and certified technicians provide our customers with the routine, preventive maintenance required by the manufacturers and with benefit of many years of experience also provide the assessment and evaluation of operating conditions to anticipate equipment issues before they become catastrophic.
Complete review and design of machine safety requirements includes development of solutions using structured aluminum framing, sensors, and motion control products to produce electrical enclosures that eliminate secondary steps in your process.
